This is a bespoke container designed around you - your needs, your pace, your readiness.

We meet for 60-minute sessions as often as feels right for where you are in your process. Some clients need weekly support. Others work best with sessions every two or three weeks, giving them time to integrate between meetings. There's no rigid program or minimum commitment - just an ongoing invitation to go deeper as long as it serves you.

Each session is responsive to what you bring. We begin with wherever you are - a pattern that's surfaced, a story that's repeating, a part of yourself you're ready to reclaim. Through guided questions, deep listening, and intuitive use of the tools that serve your specific journey, we create space for what needs to emerge.

Depending on what arises, we might explore shadow work through mythological archetypes, use guided visualization or meditation, work with somatic practices like yoga nidra, or engage in reflective writing exercises. Between sessions, I'll offer practices and prompts tailored to what came up - tools for you to continue exploring and integrating on your own.

This isn't about fixing you or following someone else's map. It's about remembering your own.
