About Me
I love the creative and transformative nature of stories in all their forms - theatre, film, TV, even business. I built a career as a writer and producer, creating everything from industrial theatre about social issues to internal communications strategy to film and television. But I always felt I was missing something.
When I started my journey into shadow work - using mythological archetypes to understand the hidden parts of myself - something shifted. And when I began to really heal through embodied practices like sacred feminine yoga, I finally realized what was missing.
Me. The real me.
Not broken. Not needing to be fixed. Needing to be seen and understood, not by those around me or the world, but by me. Whole
That missing piece - reconnecting with my essential self - changed everything. It’s added depth to my understanding of story, given me tools to integrate what I'd been hiding and what I didn’t even know was there, and eventually led me to a full life where I can challenge status quos, live authentically, and thrive.
That's what I want to share with you.
I'm not standing here as someone who's "arrived" or has it all figured out. I'm still healing - navigating the physical effects of trauma, working through patterns that kept me protected but also kept me stuck.
I share this because I don't believe you have to wait until you're perfect to start living authentically. Healing isn't linear, and wholeness doesn't mean flawless. It means being willing to see all of yourself with compassion.
I've trained, and am training, extensively, in the modalities that have so powerfully impacted my life: two years of personal and relational shadow work followed by training as a shadow facilitator, Reiki level 2, and mediumship, and I am currently completing a 200-hour sacred feminine yoga teacher training and a year-long feminine and cyclical wisdom facilitator course. I am bringing all of this together with my experience as a storyteller and strategist.
But here's what matters more than any credential: I know what it's like to feel stuck. To have done all the work and still feel like something's missing. To be living a life that looks good on paper but doesn't feel like yours.
I create space for women to find themselves again - not through another framework or quick fix, but through the slower, deeper work of remembering who they were before the world told them who to be.
If you're ready to explore what's been hidden, I'd love to work with you.
